Stanley

Went to Stanley with Michele today. Grabbed the public light bus from a small alley behind Times Square and that was my first time on the mini bus ever!! And they do drive quite crazily as though they have a death wish. Anyway we were there in like 15 min and in future if I do plan to go, I don't have to worry about having to say in Cantonese 'get off the bus' coz it goes from one terminal to another! hee hee!

Was actually supposed to go to Stanley to chill with Eric & Cardin yest but Cardin was working late and I didn't know how to get there by myself so luckily Michele wanted to go to Stanley today!

It was actually like a small town, a wee little bit like Venice Beach kinda vibe but not as cool obviously. There were a couple of bars/restaurants and we settled down to grab a bite and a drink and chilled in the sun which is ironic coz it was hot. But there was a cool sea breeze so it was kinda nice. We then went into Stanley market to shop a little. There aren't many shops but there are some cheap stuff. She bought a leather jacket for HK$630 which was really quite nice! I bought a pair of shorts(skorts) for HK$19 hehehe but i won't get to wear that for long since the weather is turning cold.

We grabbed an ice cream cone each and proceeded to the bus terminal and hopped over to Central (IFC). Continued shopping and i bought a thick sweater at Zara which i hope will keep me warm in the winter. It's not something i will normally buy but given that the weather will soon turn cold and i don't have ANYTHING with sleeves, this could potentially save me from freezing my ass off come Nov/Dec.

Back to work tomorrow! SUPER SIAN AH!
