Something weird
Something weird happened today. I was just going through my Inbox and something that has never happened before, happened. I got an email from my father. It just went 'just checking' and in his email, he just went 'is this the email you check regularly? reply asap'.
I tell ya, I have NEVER gotten emails from my dad, nor even speak to him (well not very often, I do, but it's usually finance related matters) on the phone. So I replied, and after not getting another reply, decided to call to find out what is up. Nothing apparently, he just wanted to check if my email was working and we were talking about email addresses, and bloody lousy canto exchange rate etc.
Man, I had a conversation with my dad! I think my mother should go buy 4D. I think she'll strike it big! Heh!

What's so weird about that?! i have conversations with Father everyday! (about Logan though!) *oops* hehehe...
I think maybe i should get father to sign up msn or smth... he may start to msn! hahaha...Oh.. Father was asking Mother to go learn computer during her free times!!! Right...

Well, you can tell your Mom that if she learns to use computer she can surf the net and oogle and the oodles and oodles of sites dedicated to Korean dramas and hunks. That's what happened to my mom anyways. Now it's hard to get her off the com sometimes O_o.
Is your mom the "control center" of communication within the family? As in if you want to tell your dad something, you go tell your mom who will in turn tell your dad who will then tell your mom to tell you that...well you get the idea. XD

It depends.. small stuff, yes we tell our mother and our mother will "inform" our dad. But certain things, especially when we need financial aids (keke)we talk to our dad direct.
Anyway, i still think my mum likes the old conventional way of communication ie. teleconversations! Her CNN and BBC network is strong despite not using the internet! heh..Don't underestimate her network! *btw, she knows more korean dramas than me okay!*

My mom switches off computer by hitting the power switch. Emails/MSN/ICQ/Skype are all 'internet' to her. "Did you 'internet' your sister?" "Eh you talk to your aunt on internet ah?" Heh
