Elene finally sent through some majorly overdue pics from my birthday and our Christmas Day lunch! Haha! I almost forgot about them!
Us at The Rice Table where we had my birthday dinner. Some of them asked me why such an odd choice for dinner and frankly I didn't think it was half as odd as last year (we were at a HOKKIEN restaurant in CBD area, but the food is damn happening) and the year before (Jumbo Seafood - the staff came out with my cake, along with piped in Happy Birthday music in Canto - a sign of things to come? Haha!), though the main reason is that I really wanted to eat spicy food and it's a buffet so it ensures everyone gets sufficiently full. Mr Lum took this pic for us - much thanks ah! Eh Hoon, heng this one not blurry hor. Haha!

Birthday cake overcrowded with candles. Gals - once we hit 30, we are doing ONE candle okay? Such an effort to blow out so many candles ya know.

After dinner, we went for dessert at The Coffee Club. Why do I look like I have massive dark eye rings in this shot? I don't usually! This shot looks like I'm trying to grab hold of G while he leans towards Elene. Hmmmm...with basic Photoshop skills, I can be so easily cropped out of this shot! :O Heh.

The whole photo album that Elene sent, has waaay too many kawaii shots. Here's one of them. We were at this super cheena restaurant called Vienna at United Square. There was so much food, including crocodile soup, herbal chicken soup (which to us, kinda taste alike), raw sashimi, ribs, steaks (were there? I really can't remember), chocolate fondue, oysters, basically your typical kiasu hardcore Singaporean buffet lah.
