Last post from Hong Kong!

As cliched as it sounds, time really does fly and this is my last post from Hong Kong! I meant to blog last night but I was talking to G till 11 ish then I was packing like a mad woman till 2am. Plus I was EXTREMELY upset with my cleaning lady who threw out some of my clothes, after she mistook them for trash. She was supposed to wash them, put them in a plastic bag coz she was using my laundry pail to transfer the washed bed linen and then she forgot about them and took them out like trash. FARKKK!!! And what makes it worst is that two of those clothings were brand new - worn that once or twice - one pair of H&M shorts and a Roxy top. Sigh!

In any case, today being my last day, following HK tradition, I bought boxes of eggtarts (some people buy cakes) and went around the office to give everyone. My office gave me a digital photo frame which shows pictures of me in HK which was quite touching. I have all these photos which I never developed and just occasionally look at when I open my folders. We also had a lunch in the office where I gave probably one of the shortest speeches ever in farewell speeches but I can't find anything to say. I will miss HK, but HKies who only speak Canto - NOT so much so.

Still got a bit of packing to do coz I realise not everything is going to fit in my suitcase so gotta take stuff out and fit them into the boxes! No fun at all! I seriously packed until I wanted to just fucking throw everything away (and I threw loads away) and I still got things like fish fingers, Haagen Daaz ice cream in my fridge which no doubt will be going into the bin tomorrow.

Going to a club tonight - my HK office has organized a dance competition and we will just take the opportunity to go and drink and be merry! BUT! Not before I try to pack somemore!
